Heal Your Body, LLC offers nutritional consulting and EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques. As a certified nutritional consultant, certified through A.A.N.C., American Association of Nutritional Consultants, I provide guidance and support to clients as they move toward a healthy diet and life

EFT is similar to acupuncture. In acupuncture needles are used to stimulate the acupuncture points while in EFT the points are stimulated through gentle tapping using the finger tips. EFT is valuable in achieving desired goals as emotional blocks, such as fear, frustration, anger, etc., can prevent us from moving forward. Releasing emotional blocks opens the door to achieve our goals and reach our dreams.
Rates: $40/hour appointment; $55.00/hour and a half hour appointment
